There is no other place better to make a purchase, have a piece repaired, or even cleaned….hands down. I have made several purchases from chains, necklaces, rings, earrings, bracelets, pendants and chains for my kids. Jim and Tisha provided nothing short of exemplary customer service. Always willing to make you feel welcomed and to go the extra mile to make sure you are absolutely pleased with your purchase.

My engagement ring was "fixed" by another local jeweler. I wanted it resized and an original band cut away from the engagement ring. It was not wearable due to the fit and the sharpness of the ridge of the band. I was told it could never be fixed. I had all but given up and began the search for another ring to take its place. I just couldn't find something that I liked because I wanted the ring my husband gave me! Then I found out about Jaffe from a co-worker. I hesitated contacting them because of my previous experience. However...I am MORE than thrilled to say that I came in and told them what I wanted. What I got is BEYOND my expectations!! I could not be more happy with the end product, their service, their prompt service and professionalism. Stephan is a magician and master at his craft!! I rarely write reviews but absolutely HAD to in case there was someone like me who is needing and hesitating getting jewelry fixed...especially something as sacred as an engagement ring. Take it to Jaffe. You will not be disappointed! ** UPDATE** While the ring was perfect, the size was a little tight. Called the next day and they fixed it. Really appreciate the service and care.

I found Jaffe Jewelers on Google and went in because I liked the reviews. The service and atmosphere did not disappoint. The owners were welcoming and friendly. I went to get my wife's ring repaired and it was done early and less expensive than expected. I also found a Christmas gift for her at an amazing price. Not only do I recommend them, I am excited to shop there moving forward.

I, too, tried Jaffe because of the good reviews and I can't express how wonderful my experience at was. Tisha was efficient and as sweet as can be and the process was seamless. I needed my ring resized and cleaned; the pricing was very reasonable and the turnaround time was super quick (3 days). Will definitely be recommending and using them again in the future! Thank you guys!

From start to finish my experience at Jaffe Jewelers was outstanding! I came in to upgrade my wedding set and was treated with such care and attention. Jim and Tish are wonderful people to deal with and very knowledgeable! Jim was incredibly helpful and made sure every detail was perfect! My new wedding set is breathtaking, I couldn’t be more pleased!

I have nothing but positives to share about my experiences at Jaffe. They have a great selection of jewelry at very reasonable prices. The website is awesome and lets you tinker with all sorts of combinations of settings, stones, and metals to get the perfect ring. Tisha and Jim were great to work with. They are super friendly people, and I never felt pressured for anything, only that they were working to make sure I was completely satisfied and found the perfect ring.

The absolute best owners. I couldn't recommend Jaffe Jewelers enough. I've been here a few times for miscellaneous things like getting a watch length adjusted, a watch battery changed, and rings resized. Everytime the work is beautiful, and the prices are extremely reasonable. They also sell some beautiful unique pieces in the store. Attached is a photo of my thrifted watch they put a new battery in.

I took a vintage ring to Jaffe Jewlers to have it repaired and sized. Tisha was so kind and took time to answer all my questions about my ring. When I picked it up I was amazed at how beautiful it turned out. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a special gift or a repair like I did. Here are the before and after photos.

I purchased this custom ring for my now fiancée through Jaffe jewelers, we could not be happier with the service/product we received. Jim worked closely with us and worked well within my budget. Jim is also a veteran and so graciously provided me with a first responder discount. Jaffe jewelers truly takes pride in their customer service.
